Maine State Cup
Download the application needed for teams wanting to play in the State Cup 2007/2008 Championship for Soccer Maine.
Please notice the deadline date for this application to be submitted into the State Office was December 29, 2007 (NO LATER). This form needed to be e-mailed to April Ross (april@soccermaine.com) and Randy M. Bishop (randy@soccermaine.com) on or before this deadline date with no exceptions.
The cost for this year's State Cup is $300.00. Teams will have to pay the referees fees (prior to game start) for all GAMES this year.
Age brackets this year are the same: U12 (8v8), U12 (11v11), U13, U14, U15, U16, U17, U18 and U19 with permission from the Soccer Maine.
Game Change form due March 30, 2008 (electronically).
Age groups are U12 (8v8) B&G, U12 (11v11) B&G, U13 to U19 B&G (U19 with Soccer Maine's approval, please get in touch with Randy Bishop).
