Todd Sniper
Todd Sniper is a product of growing up in Naples, Italy and Flensburg, Germany when it comes to soccer.  His family's travels have taking him to many parts of the world following his father's Naval orders.  Europe is where Todd learned the original passion for soccer and the countless cultural moments around the soccer ball.  After Europe, Todd moved back to Ledyard CT and played for Oakwood Soccer Club.  Their indoor team was one of the most succesful teams in CT, making it the United States Indoor Soccer League Final Four Championship 3 years in a row.  Oakwood success continued at regionals but never to the same level. As a youth player in 1987, Todd was also a Regional Team member of
Region 1.
Todd Sniper played at the University of Maine from 1988-1992 where he started every game accumulating 2 All New England honors, 3 All Maine Collegiate Team, top assist leader for the Black Bears.  After college, Todd played for the semi professional team Connecticut Wolves for one season before moving to Maine. Todd's professional coaching career started with North American Soccer Camps that eventually changed to Major League Soccer Camps.  Working with the Revolution during the start of the MLS was a very rewarding time working with kids.  During his days with MLSC, Todd received his USSF A License by age 26. 
Todd worked 5 years as the Women's Assistant at the University of New England under Doug Biggs and eventually received his own head coaching postion as Women's Head Coach, Saint Joseph's College in 2001.
Growing up as a product of the United States Soccer federation Olympic Development Program, Todd has been a servant to Soccer Maine and Region 1 with numerous postions ranging from Region 1 Staff Coach, to Soccer Maine ODP Program.  He also started Odyssey Sport '97, coaching and running multiple age groups for 15 years.
Currently Todd Sniper is the Soccer Maine Director of Coaching focusing on coaches education for U.S. Soccer and a youth coach for his 9 year old daughter.

 MJ Ball
MJ Ball is the Executive Director, the Youth Academy Director, and a coach for Blackbear United FC. Previously, he was the assistant men's soccer coach for two years at University of Maine and coached the men's and women's soccer teams at the University of Maine at Machias for four years (2000 - 2004). He is a graduate of Westminster College in Penn., and holds a USSF "A" License.

Josh Needle
Josh's coaching career began in the fall of 2002 when he assisted the boys U12 travel team for the Scarborough travel program. In the fall of 2003 he began coaching the Scarborough 7th grade girls team which posted a 14-1 record and the year after, his 8th grade team posted another 14-1 record. The following year Josh began coaching high school soccer as the Freshman Head Coach and the Varsity assistant for 3 years. He returned to the High Schoo ranks once again as the assistant to the Varsity and JV and helped bring a state championship to Scarborough HS girls this past year of 2012.  He began coaching premier soccer in the spring of '03 when he was one of the U12 Girls' coaches at Maine Metro FC. Josh continued to coach the Maine Metro U12 girls the following year and stayed with that team through their U17 year. Josh has been the 1992 boys Olympic Development assistant and is currently the 1998 coach. He was the director of player development for the Maine Metro FC developmental academy for 3 years and is currently the director of the Seacoast Jr. Mariners Academy (Gorham site) and the footskills coordinater.  His teams have been state finalists 6 times and has 2 state championships.  Josh is currently coaching the Seacoast United Maine U15 girls for the 2012/13 season as well as the semi professional Seacoast United Mariners WPSL Women's team for the last 2 seasons.

 Paul Baber
Paul Baber is the General Manager of Maine Premier Soccer and the Portland Phoenix. He coaches the Portland Phoenix Super-20 team and previously coached the Cape Cod Crusaders, winners of the USL PDL league. Paul holds a USSF "A" License, USSF National Youth License, and NSCAA Premier Diploma. He is a member of the USYS Region 1 Coaching Staff.
